About the Role: Product Marketing Manager, Apple Watch, Home & Audio

You’ll own and drive Apple’s product-centric marketing strategy across multiple markets in Latin America and Canada, articulating market ambition and identifying clear paths to growth. From concept through development and all the way to launch, you’ll represent the customer’s voice and ensure it’s heard at every stage of the product journey.

Working closely with both Marketing and Sales organizations, you’ll champion these product lines and seek innovative ways to keep them at the heart of the customer conversation. You’ll also act as a key liaison between local markets and Worldwide Product Management teams, shaping global strategies and contributing to international initiatives that span multiple regions.

Benefits and Salary

The base pay range for this role is $118,600 to $176,900, with your actual pay determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Qualified candidates can expect a hiring rate up to the midpoint, with the possibility of reaching the maximum for those with exceptional experience. Beyond base pay, the total compensation package includes eligibility for discretionary bonuses or commission payments, as well as potential relocation support. Apple employees may also participate in employee stock programs, including discretionary restricted stock unit awards and a discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Responsibilities

This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You’ll be the connective tissue between Apple’s global product teams and local market realities — translating insights into action and ensuring every product launch lands with impact across Canada and Latin America.

  • Articulate product opportunities in the market and provide product insight and leadership to both Marketing and Sales organizations
  • Lead product launches with excellence, ensuring flawless execution every time a new product hits the market
  • Drive the annual Marketing plan as a key stakeholder, outlining opportunities and actions that lead to growth, category leadership, and quarterly and half-yearly reviews
  • Act as liaison between local markets and Worldwide PM teams for all local business needs, feature requirements, and global initiatives
  • Influence product feature roadmaps and make clear recommendations that improve the overall customer experience
  • Craft a market narrative that conveys market dynamics, the customer voice, and opportunities to all key stakeholders
  • Develop competitive and breakthrough strategies that clearly connect vision to real-world action
  • Plan and prioritize work to align with broader organizational goals while building collaborative partnerships across the business

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of analytical rigour and creative storytelling. Apple is looking for someone who can be the genuine voice of the customer while navigating complex, multi-market environments with confidence and strategic clarity.

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English is required; Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French proficiency is a strong asset for this multi-market role
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use market data to guide strategic decisions
  • Strategic planning expertise and a demonstrated ability to turn vision into executable plans
  • Superior storytelling capabilities and strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Instinctive customer empathy — an ability to represent and advocate for the customer throughout the product lifecycle
  • Depth of technical awareness to confidently engage with engineering and product development teams
  • A BS/BA or equivalent experience is preferred
