Benefits and Salary
Apple offers a base pay range of $118,600 to $176,900 CAD for this role, with your exact compensation reflecting your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Beyond base pay, employees are eligible to participate in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs, including restricted stock unit award recommendations and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, which allows staff to purchase Apple Inc. stock at a discount. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses or commission payments, as well as relocation support. Responsibilities
This role demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. - Articulate product opportunities in the market, providing product insight and leadership to both Marketing and Sales organizations across Canada and Latin America
- Lead product launches with excellence, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution every time
- Drive the annual Marketing plan as a key stakeholder, identifying opportunities and actions that lead to growth and category leadership, with quarterly and half-yearly reviews
- Liaise between regional and Worldwide PM teams for all local business needs and feature requirements, shaping strategies and contributing to global initiatives
- Influence product feature roadmaps and make clear recommendations that improve the overall customer experience
- Craft market narratives that communicate market dynamics, customer voice, and opportunity in a way that resonates with key stakeholders
- Develop competitive and breakthrough strategies that connect vision to action in a clear and measurable way
- Plan and prioritize work to align with broader organizational goals, using knowledge of business drivers to guide decisions
- Build partnerships and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams including design, engineering, finance, legal, marketing communications, PR, market research, sales, and support
Requirements / Skills
Apple is looking for a candidate who can operate comfortably at the intersection of customer empathy, technical awareness, and strategic marketing. The ideal person brings a track record in product marketing, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and conviction across diverse markets.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French is a strong asset given the scope of markets covered
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strategic planning expertise, with the ability to develop and execute long-range marketing plans
- Superior storytelling capabilities and strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Instinctive customer focus — the ability to represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
- Depth of technical awareness relevant to consumer electronics and Apple’s product ecosystem
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
