Responsibilities

As an Administrative Business Partner II at Google Cloud Consulting, your work spans scheduling, logistics, event coordination, and financial administration. These responsibilities are central to ensuring the team operates efficiently and executives remain focused on high-priority work.

  • Schedule and maintain calendar events with minimal guidance, ensuring executive and team meetings are well prepared

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate brings strong administrative experience in a technology or international corporate setting and is comfortable working independently at a high level of responsibility.

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment, covering tasks such as travel management, expense reports, calendar management, and facilities coordination
  • Preferred: 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, including managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning through to execution
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Sound business judgment and analytical thinking to navigate complex operational situations
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and adapt quickly to a changing environment
