About the Role: Video Partner Lead

As a Video Partner Lead, you’ll be responsible for cultivating and deepening relationships with key agency stakeholders to accelerate investment in Google’s video advertising products. Requirements / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing (or 6 years with an advanced degree)
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients in a strategic or sales-oriented capacity
  • Deep knowledge of the digital video landscape, including CTV, OTT, and programmatic video, is a strong asset
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to execute cohesive strategies across key accounts
  • Pre-existing relationships with key stakeholders at major media agencies or holding companies is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to synthesize market insights into thought leadership and actionable go-to-market strategies
