Tesla Advisor Sales – Tesla – Surrey, BC

Location: Vancouver, BC | Company: Tesla

Surrey’s Tesla showroom is looking for a Tesla Advisor, Sales — someone who genuinely loves talking about electric vehicles and wants to be the face of one of the most recognizable brands in the world. This isn’t a traditional sales role where you’re pushing product; it’s about crafting a memorable experience that starts the moment a customer walks through the door and carries all the way through to vehicle delivery.

Whether you’re walking someone through their first Full Self-Driving demonstration or guiding a new owner through a delivery orientation, your job is to make sure every interaction with Tesla feels as innovative as the vehicles themselves. If you’re energized by people, passionate about sustainable energy, and thrive in a fast-moving retail setting, this role is worth a serious look.

About the Role: Tesla Advisor, Sales

As a Tesla Advisor, you’ll serve as both a brand ambassador and a customer guide throughout the entire Tesla ownership journey. From the initial showroom visit to the day someone drives their new Tesla home, you’ll be responsible for creating an engaging, personalized experience that reflects Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You’ll build complete customer profiles by having real conversations — learning who they are, what brought them in, and where they are in their buying journey.

Beyond the customer-facing side, you’ll also support the sales pipeline by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high-intent buyers. Working in a retail showroom means evenings, weekends, and holidays are part of the picture, and a valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s licence is required. For this role in British Columbia, you’ll also need to obtain and maintain a motor vehicle salesperson licence issued by the provincial regulator — this is a condition of employment.
