Responsibilities

As a Team Leader at Dollarama, your day-to-day will blend people management with hands-on store operations. From supervising associates and handling customer issues to managing inventory and maintaining store standards, you’ll be a key part of keeping the location running at its best.

  • Lead and supervise store associates by providing day-to-day guidance, direction, and support
  • Oversee merchandising tasks including shelf stocking, boxing and unboxing daily shipments, and maintaining visual standards in line with company strategy
  • Ensure customer service standards are consistently met, and address complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Perform manager-on-duty duties such as managing daily breaks, monitoring time and attendance, and handling store opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards and actively contribute to their upkeep
  • Execute cash management responsibilities as needed
  • Participate in inventory processes to support stock accuracy and control
  • Support employee training and contribute to performance evaluations for store associates
