About the Role: Stock Unloader Associate

As a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Weyburn, your main focus is keeping shelves stocked and the back end of the store operating smoothly. You’ll pick and assemble customer orders from various temperature zones, pack totes efficiently, and ensure product quality and order accuracy at every step. Documentation — from pick slips to shipping labels — is part of the job, so attention to detail matters.

Safety is a priority in this role. You’ll be expected to follow food hygiene and safety procedures, complete required equipment checks, clean spills promptly, and maintain a tidy work area throughout your shift. This is a physical role involving standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs., so physical readiness is important.

The minimum rate of pay starts at $15.50 per hour. • Pack orders by verifying product selection, quantities, and product codes before sealing
• Select high-quality products and remove any damaged or unsuitable items from inventory
• Complete documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels
• Pack totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following hygiene procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring equipment is used correctly
• Support customers and team members on the floor when needed, helping resolve issues and providing a positive experience
• Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on store needs
