At Amazon Ads in Toronto, Ontario, the role of Senior Agency Development Manager sits at the intersection of strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and digital media innovation. This is a senior-level position where you’ll own the relationship between Amazon Ads and agency holding companies at the highest level — driving adoption, accelerating revenue, and helping agencies bring powerful Amazon-centric ideas to their clients.

About the Role: Sr. Agency Development Manager, Amazon Ads
The Senior Agency Development Manager is responsible for managing Amazon Ads’ relationships with major agency holding companies at the most senior level. You’ll build and execute engagement strategies targeting C-level and SVP/VP-level stakeholders, develop commercial structures for incremental growth, and lead education initiatives — from training sessions and roadshows to agency-wide summits. Your focus will be on video-centric branding solutions and expanding the footprint of Amazon Advertising tools across key agency clients.
Success in this role requires the ability to handle complex datasets, create compelling narratives from data, and collaborate with global teams to surface transformative partnership opportunities. You’ll juggle multiple projects simultaneously, report on progress transparently, and serve as a trusted partner to both agencies and internal Amazon stakeholders.
