Responsibilities

As the Service Supervisor, your day-to-day responsibilities span team leadership, workflow management, and continuous improvement on the shop floor. These duties are essential to keeping the service centre running smoothly while delivering a top-tier experience for Tesla customers.

  • Manage schedules and work directly with employees to resolve both technical and personnel issues
  • Conduct one-on-one developmental meetings with team members regularly to support professional growth and track training requirements

Requirements / Skills
