• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations — an asset, not required
• Ability to complete mandatory training and maintain any required annual accreditations
• Comfort working varying shifts in response to business demands
• Bilingualism (French and English) required for candidates residing in the province of Quebec
