About the Role: Flex Driver

As a Flex Driver with Federal Express Corporation Canada, your primary focus is safe, timely package delivery to predetermined customers along specific routes. You’ll review delivery orders prior to departing, ensure proper loading and unloading of the vehicle, and deliver top-tier customer service at every stop. This is a casual position with flexible hours determined by business demand.

Drivers at FedEx are expected to uphold the company’s service standards and complete all required driver assessment training and recurrency courses. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and maintain a clean driving record in line with FedEx’s safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training and all recurrency courses as required
• Maintain a valid full G / Class 5 driver’s licence and comply with FedEx’s driving standards
• Adapt to varying shifts based on business requirements, including weekends

Requirements / Skills

• Valid full G / Class 5 driver’s licence — mandatory requirement for this position

• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently
