Overnight Associate – Walmart – Whitecourt, AB

Walmart’s store in Whitecourt, Alberta is looking for a reliable and motivated Overnight Associate to join the team. This is a Regular/Permanent position that plays a key role in making sure shelves are stocked, merchandise is processed, and the store is ready for customers first thing in the morning.

Working overnight means you’re part of the backbone of store operations — unloading trailers, pulling pallets, labelling merchandise, and stocking the sales floor while most of the town is asleep. About the Role: Overnight Associate

As an Overnight Associate at Walmart Whitecourt, your main focus is on the flow of merchandise from receiving through to the sales floor. You’ll be part of a team that strategically plans and executes tasks based on workload and store operations — everything from live unloading to setting up features and signage for store opening.

Responsibilities

• Label and place merchandise into backroom bins — a key differentiator of the overnight role
• Stock the sales floor as assigned and assist customers when needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
