Responsibilities of an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

• Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Pack orders with precision, verifying product codes, quantities, and condition for quality assurance.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including keeping the work area clean and sanitized.
• Balance order fulfillment with customer service, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
• Document and label orders accurately, understanding pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimize tote space while ensuring products remain in excellent condition during packing.
