Requirements / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or consultative account management at a B2B software company.
  • Full sales cycle experience, including pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and managing commercial negotiations and agreements.
  • Leadership experience, whether through people management, team lead responsibilities, mentorship, or coaching.
  • Fluency in both English and French to effectively support clients across the region.
  • Enterprise customer experience with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of internal teams and customer stakeholders.
