Walmart Canada is hiring an Associé de nuit (Night Associate) at their Sherbrooke, QC location — a hands-on role at the centre of store operations where your work directly shapes the shopping experience for every customer who walks through the doors each morning.

Working as part of a dedicated overnight team, you’ll be responsible for unloading merchandise, stocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for store opening. It’s a physically active, team-oriented position that keeps things moving behind the scenes.

About the Role: Associé de nuit

The core purpose of this role is to manage the flow of merchandise from receiving through to the sales floor. You’ll be pulling pallets, processing stock, labelling merchandise, and stocking backroom bins — all as part of a coordinated overnight operation. The night shift has a stronger emphasis on backroom organization and labelling compared to daytime fulfillment roles, making it a key contributor to store efficiency.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment is a priority in this role. You’ll follow Walmart’s safety policies and procedures, complete safety sweep logs, and ensure that displays and fixtures are secure throughout your shift. Teamwork and communication are essential to executing the overnight plan smoothly and effectively.

The minimum hourly rate for this position starts at $18.75. Responsibilities

In this role, your nights are structured around receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise so the store is fully prepared for opening each day. From the moment your shift begins, you’ll be working as part of a team to execute an organized overnight workflow that keeps Walmart Sherbrooke running smoothly.

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening each morning
• Set, merchandise, and sign product features throughout the store
• Unload trailers and complete live unloading of various merchandise types
• Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
• Label merchandise and the sales floor in preparation for store opening
• Stock backroom bins with an emphasis on accurate labelling and placement
• Assist with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures
