Responsibilities
The day-to-day work of an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate is fast-moving and detail-oriented. You’ll be responsible for the full order fulfillment cycle — from picking items across the store to packaging them properly and ensuring they’re ready for the customer. Every step matters when it comes to customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Pick and assemble online orders from various temperature zones with care, speed, and quality standards in mind
- Pack orders accurately by distinguishing between similar products, verifying exact quantities, and confirming correct product codes
- Select the freshest, highest-quality products — avoiding damaged items and ensuring top-tier standards in every order
- Label and document all orders correctly using pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels

- Support customers by balancing fulfillment duties with in-person service and resolving any issues that arise
