As a Lead ICB Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating favorable prices, terms, and conditions for major Individual Case Basis (ICB) customer pricing contracts. Key Responsibilities

As a Lead ICB Pricing Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating favorable prices, terms, and conditions for major ICB customer pricing contracts while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to determine the service scope, objectives, and sales messages that form the proposed solution to maximize financial outcomes.
  • Developing value propositions, business cases, pricing strategies, and terms and conditions to secure contracts.
  • Project managing the sales process, working with key players to deliver compelling proposals to clients.
  • Leading the overall commercial, technical, and financial framework for complex deals, including creative pricing models and risk/reward sharing schemes.
  • Communicating and resolving issues with internal teams such as sales, proposal development, product development, and finance.
  • Providing functional advice and training to less-experienced cost managers.
  • Developing resolutions to complex problems that require creative and innovative solutions.

Education & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a similar area of responsibility, particularly in pricing, cost management, or contract negotiation.

Compensation & Benefits

AT&T offers a competitive salary range of $130,700 – $196,100 for this position. The starting salary within this range may depend on your geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. In addition to a rewarding salary, AT&T provides a comprehensive benefits package, including:
