About the Role: HMR Clerk

As an HMR Clerk, your day-to-day focus is keeping the department fully stocked, well-organized, and ready for customers. You’ll maintain product displays to meet company merchandising standards, assist with inventory management, and support in-store promotions set up by the company. When customers have questions, you’ll be there to help — bringing both product knowledge and a friendly attitude to every interaction.

Working as part of a collaborative store team, you’ll also be expected to follow all health and safety standards and keep your department area neat and professional. Attention to detail and a willingness to stay on your feet throughout your shift are essential parts of succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities

The HMR Clerk plays a direct role in the in-store customer experience by keeping shelves stocked and the department running efficiently. From handling product displays to assisting customers directly, each responsibility contributes to a well-organized, welcoming retail environment.

  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding promptly to customer needs
