About the Role: Grocery Clerk Part Time Night

As a Grocery Clerk, your primary focus is ensuring the store is stocked, organized, and ready for customers. You’ll be working across product displays and shelves, maintaining high standards so shoppers always find what they need. Your role directly supports the in-store experience by keeping inventory accurate and departments looking their best.

This position also involves setting up company-directed promotions, assisting with ordering, and upholding health and safety standards throughout your shift. This is a unionized position with a starting pay range of $17.60 – $18.45 per hour, as set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities

Night shift clerks at Loblaws play a key role in making sure the store is ready for the next business day. From stocking shelves to setting up promotions, the work you do overnight directly impacts the customer shopping experience and the store’s overall performance.

• Stock and replenish product displays and shelves to meet company standards
• Respond to customer needs with courteous and knowledgeable service
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs
• Assist with ordering by flagging inventory gaps and requirements
• Set up promotions and company-directed programs as directed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in department areas throughout your shift
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times on the floor

Requirements / Skills

Loblaws is looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who can work independently in a fast-paced retail environment. You don’t need previous experience — what matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Team player with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently during overnight shifts

• Flexible availability to work various hours including evenings and weekends
• Physical capability to move up to 50 lbs and remain mobile for an entire shift
