Responsibilities

Working the night shift as a Grocery Clerk at Loblaws means getting the store floor ready before customers arrive. Your day-to-day responsibilities centre on product availability, store organization, and customer support — all critical to delivering a consistent in-store experience.

• Stock and replenish shelves and product displays to meet company standards throughout your shift
• Respond to customer needs with courteous and resourceful service on the floor
• Ensure accurate product scanning and help identify inventory needs as they arise
• Assist with ordering by flagging low-stock items and inventory gaps
• Set up promotions and programs as directed by the company, ensuring displays are correctly positioned
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within your department area throughout the shift
