About the Role: General Merchandise Associate

As a General Merchandise Associate, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and zoning assigned areas of the sales floor, helping customers find what they need, and ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and displayed. You’ll also assist with modular sets, move feature merchandise to its home location, and help with front-end coverage when needed.

Benefits and Salary

This position starts at a minimum rate of $15.50 per hour. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers in a polite and friendly manner, helping them locate merchandise and make informed purchase decisions

• Cover assigned areas on the sales floor and ensure consistent zone maintenance throughout your shift
• Move feature merchandise to its modular home location and work recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk
• Assist with Front End coverage and communicate with associates to ensure the floor is always staffed
• Stock merchandise, complete downstocking where applicable, apply product protection, and set modulars including flex modulars and new shelf caps
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company safety procedures and completing safety sweep logs
