About the Role: Floral Manager

The hiring range for this position is $17.60 to $30.97 per hour, as set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities

The Floral Manager is responsible for leading a team while keeping the department running smoothly and profitably. Day-to-day, this means splitting your time between people leadership, merchandising execution, and financial accountability — all while keeping an eye out for opportunities to improve.

• Lead, coach, and motivate department colleagues to improve productivity, engagement, and retention
• Maintain merchandising standards to ensure the floral department is visually appealing and well-stocked
• Uphold operational standards across all aspects of department management
• Own departmental financial objectives, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement
