Flex Driver – FedEx – Burnaby, BC

Based out of Burnaby, British Columbia, Federal Express Corporation Canada is looking for a Flex Driver to join their team at the 4270 Dawson Street location. About the Role: Flex Driver

As a Flex Driver with FedEx Canada, your primary responsibility is ensuring timely and accurate package delivery to customers along predetermined routes. You’ll review orders before departing, load and unload your vehicle, and represent the FedEx brand with professionalism and care at every stop.

This is a casual position with flexible shift opportunities — minimum and maximum hours and days of work are determined based on business requirements. Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to predetermined customers on specific routes in a timely and accurate manner

• Complete mandatory training including pre-placement driver assessments and all recurrency training
• Adapt to varying shifts based on business needs, maintaining flexibility with scheduling
• Operate in a PC Windows environment as required for route and order management

• Valid full G licence / Class 5 driver’s licence is mandatory for this position
• Driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the past 24 months
• High school diploma or educational equivalent required
• Ability to lift 70 lbs as part of the regular physical demands of the job
• Customer service experience — one (1) year in a customer-oriented role is preferred
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple stops efficiently
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage stress effectively
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is considered an asset
