This isn’t a back-office finance role — it’s a seat at the table where growth decisions get made. You’ll lead quarterly guidance cycles, model the economics of varied incentive structures, and help shape the roadmap for scaling Amazon Ads’ agency partnerships globally. The work is fast-moving, the scope is broad, and the impact is real.

About the Role: Finance Manager, Ads Agencies

Reporting directly to the Finance Director for global expansion, the Finance Manager serves as the primary finance partner to agency leadership teams spanning Big6 holdcos and independent agencies across more than 30 international markets. You’ll own the agency revenue plan across the IX+CA+JP portfolio, build long-range financial models, and lead annual planning and variance analysis across dozens of deals and locales. The role also involves modelling incentive structures — rebates, price terms, hybrid arrangements — that differ significantly by market.

Beyond the numbers, this position calls for strategic thinking. You’ll partner with sales leadership on three concurrent transformation workstreams: coverage expansion, incentive optimization, and partner segmentation. You’ll be expected to challenge assumptions, pressure-test targets, and translate complex multi-market data into clear narratives for senior leadership. Collaboration, analytical rigour, and independent judgment are all essential.
