About the Role: Package Delivery Driver
As a Package Delivery Driver at UPS Concord, your primary responsibility is to efficiently deliver and pick up packages along your assigned route. You’ll be handling packages that typically weigh between 25 and 35 lbs., with some reaching up to 70 lbs., so physical stamina is essential. Shifts run Tuesday to Saturday, with start times of 9:15 AM on Tuesdays and 9:00 AM on Saturdays, and each shift lasts between 8 to 10 hours.
Beyond driving, you’ll be expected to follow UPS safe and defensive driving protocols, assist with loading and unloading trucks, and keep accurate records of all deliveries. You’ll also represent UPS professionally by adhering to the company’s appearance guidelines and wearing the provided uniform vest. Flexibility with start and finish times is required in this role.

This position starts at $20.00 per hour, with a guaranteed wage progression through the Union Collective Agreement — reaching $35.78 per hour after seniority plus 48 months of service. Requirements / Skills

- Map reading and navigation skills — ability to read and navigate with maps or map books
