About the Role: Deli Clerk

This part-time position focuses on delivering a great in-store experience for customers shopping in the deli department. You’ll be responsible for maintaining stocked shelves and product displays, ensuring accurate product scanning, and supporting the setup of company promotions. It’s a hands-on, people-facing role that keeps you moving throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

As a Deli Clerk at Loblaws, your day-to-day will revolve around keeping the department well-stocked, clean, and customer-ready. From greeting shoppers to maintaining product displays, every task plays a role in delivering the kind of shopping experience Loblaws is known for across Canada.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer questions and ensuring shelves are always stocked with available products
• Maintain and replenish product displays and shelving to meet company presentation standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning at all times to maintain inventory integrity
• Identify inventory needs and assist with ordering to prevent out-of-stock situations
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs as directed by management
• Keep the department area clean and organized while adhering to all health and safety standards
