About the Role: Dairy Frozen Associate

As a Dairy Frozen Associate, your day-to-day focus will be on maintaining the standards of the Dairy and Frozen sections — from rotating stock and checking expiry dates to ensuring shelves are properly signed, priced, and fully stocked. You’ll follow cold chain compliance protocols, including temperature recording and thermometer calibrations, to make sure products are handled correctly from delivery through to the shelf.

Beyond stocking duties, you’ll uphold food safety and sanitation procedures and keep the department clean, organised, and free of hazards. Whether you’re flagging clearance items, maintaining product features, or assisting a customer, you’ll be expected to reflect Walmart’s customer service values throughout your shift.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.00 per hour.
