About the Role: Dairy Clerk

As a Dairy Clerk at Loblaws Lindsay, your main focus is ensuring the shelves are always stocked and the department is looking sharp. You’ll work with product displays, inventory management, and customer service on a daily basis. This is a hands-on position that keeps you moving throughout your entire shift.

You’ll also play a part in maintaining health and safety standards in your department area, support store promotions, and help identify when inventory needs to be reordered. Teamwork and attention to detail are key here — you’ll be working alongside colleagues to keep things running smoothly.

Benefits and Salary

The hiring range for this position is $17.60 – $18.45 per hour. Please note this is a unionized position, and pay rates are set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities

Day to day, a Dairy Clerk at Loblaws is responsible for keeping product shelves full and the department running efficiently. These tasks directly impact the in-store customer experience and the store’s overall performance.

• Stock and maintain product displays and dairy shelves to meet company standards
• Provide great customer service by responding to customer needs with courtesy and product knowledge
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs to assist with ordering
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs within the department
• Keep department areas neat and ensure all health and safety standards are followed
