Responsibilities
As a Courier Team Lead, your day-to-day work is a balance of operational oversight and people leadership. You’ll be the go-to person on the ground, ensuring that your sector runs efficiently while supporting your colleagues with coaching and clear direction. - Assist management in overseeing daily sort, delivery, and pickup activities across assigned sectors
