Responsibilities

As a Courier Team Lead, your day-to-day work is a balance of operational oversight and people leadership. • Support remote domicile and feeder operations where applicable

• Ability to complete all mandatory and recurrency training, including DG specialist certification
• Good understanding of FedEx products, features of service, and general operations; knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and train others
• Analytical and organizational skills — you can problem-solve, prioritize, and delegate effectively in a fast-moving environment
• Completion or enrollment in the Personal Development Stream of Excel is considered an asset
