Benefits and Salary

Responsibilities
Working on the floor at Loblaws means staying active and engaged throughout every shift. From stocking shelves and setting up promotional displays to scanning products accurately and assisting customers in the moment, your contributions directly shape how shoppers experience the store.
- Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding promptly to customer needs
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves in line with company standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering as required
- Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs when directed
- Keep department areas neat and tidy, upholding health and safety standards at all times
- Engage customers through knowledgeable, genuine conversation about products
