About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

As a Store Colleague at Loblaws, your day-to-day focus is on delivering a positive shopping experience. That means ensuring the department is stocked, tidy, and organized while responding to customer questions with a helpful, knowledgeable attitude. You’ll also assist with inventory management, scanning accuracy, and setting up company-directed promotions when needed.

Benefits and Salary

The hiring range for this position is $17.60 – $22.19 per hour. Please note this is a unionized role, and pay rates are governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement — the range listed reflects the starting scale. Responsibilities

Working on the floor at Loblaws means staying active and engaged throughout every shift. From stocking shelves and setting up promotional displays to scanning products accurately and assisting customers in the moment, your contributions directly shape how shoppers experience the store.

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding promptly to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves in line with company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering as required
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs when directed
• Keep department areas neat and tidy, upholding health and safety standards at all times
• Engage customers through knowledgeable, genuine conversation about products

Requirements / Skills
