About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

As a Coffee Shop Clerk at Loblaws, your main focus will be on delivering a positive shopping experience for every customer who walks through the door. You’ll be responsible for keeping product displays stocked and well-organized, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring the department meets company standards at all times. From setting up company-directed promotions to assisting with inventory management, your contribution keeps the store running smoothly day to day.

Maintaining health and safety standards is a core part of this role. You’ll be expected to keep your department area tidy and organized, work collaboratively with your team, and stay alert to inventory needs. This is a unionized position, and the role requires physical readiness — including the ability to move up to 50 lbs and stay mobile throughout an entire shift.
