About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

As a Coffee Shop Clerk, your main focus is making sure customers have a positive shopping experience. That means keeping product displays fully stocked, responding to customer questions with courtesy, and ensuring your section of the store is always clean and properly organized. You’ll also support inventory management, assist with ordering, and help set up company-directed promotions as needed.

This role fits well within a team-oriented environment where reliability and attention to detail go a long way. You’ll be expected to follow health and safety standards, work across different departments as required, and bring a positive energy to the floor every shift. Physical readiness is part of the job — you should be comfortable moving up to 50lbs and staying on the move throughout your entire shift.
