About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk (Part-Time)
This is a unionized, part-time position working daytime hours out of a Loblaws store in Toronto. You’ll be part of the in-store team responsible for delivering a positive shopping experience — from maintaining well-stocked product displays to engaging customers with helpful, friendly service. The role also involves supporting inventory management, setting up company-directed promotions, and keeping your department area clean and compliant with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Day to day, this role keeps you engaged and active on the store floor. From responding to customer questions to ensuring shelves are stocked and products are correctly scanned, you’ll play a direct role in making the store run well and keeping customers happy.
- Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs in a timely, courteous manner
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves in line with company standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning and help identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
- Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs
- Keep department areas tidy and uphold health and safety standards at all times
