About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk (Part-Time)

Day to day, you’ll be focused on keeping the coffee shop and store areas well-stocked and welcoming. That means maintaining product displays, ensuring accurate scanning, supporting inventory management, and helping customers find what they need. You’ll also help set up company-directed promotions and ensure the department reflects Loblaws’ standards for presentation and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be actively involved in the daily operations of the coffee shop and surrounding store areas. From stocking shelves and maintaining displays to serving customers and supporting promotions, each shift contributes directly to a better in-store experience for shoppers.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer needs and engaging in friendly, helpful conversation
• Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet company standards at all times
• Ensure accurate product scanning and support inventory tracking and ordering needs
• Set up promotions and programs as directed by the company
• Keep department areas tidy and uphold all health and safety standards throughout the shift
• Work across different departments as needed, adapting to varying tasks and priorities
