About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk (Part-Time)
As a Coffee Shop Clerk, you’ll play a hands-on part in maintaining a well-stocked, welcoming department. Responsibilities
Working on the floor as a Coffee Shop Clerk, your responsibilities keep the department running efficiently and customers coming back. Each task — from stocking to scanning — plays a direct role in delivering a positive shopping experience.
- Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding promptly to customer needs
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering as required
- Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs
- Keep department areas neat and tidy, maintaining health and safety standards at all times
- Engage customers through knowledgeable, courteous conversation about products
