About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

As a Coffee Shop Clerk at Loblaws, you’ll be one of the key people keeping the store running well for customers. This is a unionized position, and pay rates are governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The hiring range starts at $17.60 and goes up to $22.19 per hour. • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere on the floor
• Stock and maintain product displays and shelves in line with company presentation standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with identifying inventory gaps and supporting the ordering process
• Set up promotions and programs as directed by the company, ensuring proper placement and presentation
• Keep department areas neat and organized, maintaining a clean and safe environment at all times
