About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk (Part-Time)

As a Coffee Shop Clerk at Loblaws, your day-to-day will revolve around keeping product displays fully stocked and organized, delivering great customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe department area. You’ll also help with accurate product scanning, identify inventory needs, and assist with ordering when required. Responsibilities

As a Coffee Shop Clerk, your responsibilities span customer engagement, product management, and maintaining store standards. Each task plays a direct role in creating a positive shopping experience and ensuring the department runs efficiently throughout your shift.

• Provide great customer service by ensuring store shelves are stocked and responding promptly to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves in line with company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering as required
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs as directed by management
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards at all times
• Engage customers through knowledgeable and friendly conversation about products

Requirements / Skills
