About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

As a Coffee Shop Clerk at Loblaws, your primary focus is delivering a positive in-store shopping experience. You’ll keep product displays stocked and organized to company standards, assist customers with their questions, and ensure the department area is clean and safe at all times. You’ll also play a role in accurate product scanning, identifying inventory needs, and supporting order processes when required.

The hiring range for this position is $17.60 – $22.19 per hour. This is a unionized position, and pay rates are set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement — the range shown reflects the starting rate. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer needs and engaging in helpful, knowledgeable conversation
• Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet company presentation standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning at all times and flag any discrepancies
• Identify inventory needs and assist with the ordering process when required
• Set up promotions and programs as directed by the company
• Keep department areas neat and uphold all health and safety standards throughout each shift
