About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

As a Coffee Shop Clerk at Loblaws, your focus will be on delivering a positive shopping experience by keeping product displays stocked, shelves organized, and customers happy. Responsibilities

As a Coffee Shop Clerk, your day-to-day work centres on keeping your department well-stocked, clean, and customer-ready. These tasks are essential to ensuring shoppers can find what they need and leave with a great impression of the store.

• Provide great customer service by engaging with shoppers and responding promptly to their questions and needs
• Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet company presentation standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning at point of sale and identify inventory shortfalls
• Assist with ordering by flagging low-stock items and supporting inventory management processes
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs as directed
• Keep department areas clean and organized while upholding all health and safety standards
