About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

As a Coffee Shop Clerk, you’ll be a key part of ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. Your day-to-day will involve stocking product displays, maintaining department standards, and being a friendly and helpful presence on the floor. You’ll also support accurate product scanning and help identify inventory needs to keep the store running efficiently.

Teamwork and attention to safety are central to this position. You’ll be expected to follow health and safety standards, keep your area neat and organized, and collaborate with colleagues to support company-directed promotions and programs. This is a unionized, part-time position with a starting pay range of $17.60 to $22.19 per hour, as set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by responding to customer needs in a courteous and resourceful manner

• Identify inventory needs and assist with ordering to prevent out-of-stock situations
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs as directed
