About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk (Part-Time)

As a Store Colleague at Loblaws, your daily work centres on making the store a pleasant and efficient place to shop. You’ll be responsible for stocking shelves and product displays, scanning products accurately, and keeping your department area clean and compliant with health and safety standards. You’ll also support inventory management and company-directed promotions.

Collaboration and customer service are at the core of this position. You’ll engage with customers, answer questions, and represent the Loblaws brand through everyday interactions. The role requires flexibility across various departments and shift hours, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to stay mobile throughout your entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to shopper needs and keeping the store stocked and ready
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves in accordance with company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs to assist with ordering
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs as directed
• Keep department areas clean and organized while upholding health and safety standards
• Work across various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-first mindset
