About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

As a Coffee Shop Clerk, your day-to-day focus will be on delivering a positive in-store experience. You’ll keep shelves stocked, engage with customers, and help maintain a clean and organized department. You’ll also play a role in ensuring accurate product scanning, identifying inventory needs, and supporting any company-directed promotions and programs.

This role offers a starting hourly wage of $17.60 to $19.85 as set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be an active presence on the floor — stocking shelves, assisting customers, and keeping the department running smoothly. Every task you complete contributes directly to a better shopping experience and a well-functioning store team.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer needs and maintaining a welcoming department atmosphere
• Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet company presentation standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning at all times and identify inventory gaps as they arise
• Assist with ordering by flagging inventory needs to the appropriate team members
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the department at all times
• Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for both colleagues and customers
