About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk (Part-Time)

As a Store Colleague at Loblaws, your main focus will be ensuring the department is always stocked, tidy, and ready to serve. You’ll be working across various areas of the store, setting up company-directed promotions, assisting with inventory management, and making sure product scanning is accurate. Customer interactions are part of the job too — answering questions and offering a friendly, helpful experience at every turn.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be keeping the store floor stocked, organized, and ready for customers throughout your shift. From responding to customer inquiries to setting up in-store promotions, your work directly contributes to a positive shopping experience for the Pickering community.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer needs and ensuring shelves are consistently stocked
• Maintain and replenish product displays and shelves in line with company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory gaps, assisting with ordering as needed
• Set up promotions and programs as directed by the company
• Keep department areas clean and organized, maintaining health and safety standards at all times

Requirements / Skills
