Responsibilities

• Complete all mandatory training and maintain any required certifications on an ongoing basis
• Adhere to safety protocols and FedEx operational standards at all times
• Work varying shifts based on business needs, including required Monday and Saturday availability

Requirements / Skills

FedEx is looking for dependable, physically capable individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to follow processes carefully are just as important as any prior experience.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Physical fitness to lift 70 lbs independently and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with equipment
• Availability for Monday and Saturday shifts starting at 5:30 AM, with a 4–5 day weekly schedule
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team environment
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
• Ability to complete basic and recurrent training and operate in a Windows PC environment
