About the Role: Bakery InStore Clerk
As a Bakery InStore Clerk, you’ll be on the front lines of the in-store experience — keeping shelves stocked, displays looking sharp, and customers feeling helped. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping the bakery department stocked, organized, and customer-ready throughout your evening shifts. Each task contributes directly to a positive shopping experience and a well-functioning store operation.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to questions and engaging shoppers with product knowledge
- Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet company presentation standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning and flag inventory needs to support ordering processes
- Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs as directed
- Monitor department cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards at all times
- Identify inventory gaps and assist with ordering to keep shelves consistently stocked
