About the Role: Bakery InStore Clerk

As a Bakery InStore Clerk, your main focus will be keeping the bakery section stocked, organized, and ready for customers. You’ll respond to customer needs, maintain product displays, and ensure that shelves are always properly filled to meet company standards. Your day-to-day work directly contributes to a smooth, welcoming shopping experience.

This part-time position offers a hiring range of $17.60 – $18.45 per hour, as set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities

Working in the bakery department, you’ll play a key role in keeping shelves stocked and the shopping floor in top shape. From assisting customers to supporting inventory management, your contributions help ensure every shopper has a positive experience at Loblaws.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer questions and needs in a courteous, helpful manner
• Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to meet company presentation standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify when inventory needs to be replenished
• Assist with ordering to keep products consistently available for customers
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs as directed
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards at all times

Requirements / Skills
