Responsibilities

- Roll, cut, and shape dough for breads and pastries, then transfer raw product to raising rooms
- Bake and monitor products in large ovens, removing finished goods to cooling racks at the appropriate time
- Feed dough into automated dough machines as required
- Monitor sanitation, temperatures, and pull dates while complying with health codes and safety procedures
- Follow department production procedures to ensure consistent quality and standards in all finished products
- Provide prompt and courteous service to Costco members throughout the shift
- Assist with other bakery duties and in other areas of the warehouse as needed
