About the Role: Baker
As a Baker at Costco Vancouver, your primary responsibility is to prepare and bake high volumes of bakery products from start to finish. Responsibilities

- Roll, cut, and shape dough for breads and pastries, and transfer raw product to raising rooms
- Monitor and operate large ovens, removing baked product to cooling racks at the proper time; feed dough into automated machines
- Maintain sanitation standards by monitoring temperatures, pull dates, and health code compliance at all times
- Follow department procedures and quality standards to ensure consistency in every finished product
- Provide courteous member service and assist with other bakery or warehouse duties as required
