About the Role: Auto Business Support Manager

The Auto Business Support Manager works directly with Associate Dealers throughout Southwestern Ontario to support the execution of Canadian Tire’s corporate strategies and Operational Excellence Program. Day-to-day, this means coaching store teams, interpreting performance data, facilitating automotive service best practices, and ensuring that dealer business plans align with Canadian Tire’s True North Strategy.

Canadian Tire offers a broadband salary range of $79,000 to $131,000, with a typical hiring range of $80,000 to $95,000. Final compensation is influenced by your experience, internal equity, industry benchmarks, and the unique value you bring to the role. This role covers a broad range of field-based and strategic responsibilities. Requirements / Skills
