Responsibilities

Day to day, the Apparel Clerk keeps the department running smoothly by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment. These responsibilities are the backbone of a positive customer experience and a well-functioning store.

  • Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding promptly to customer needs
  • Maintain and stock product displays and shelves in accordance with company standards
  • Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs to assist with the ordering process
  • Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs as directed
  • Maintain department cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards throughout every shift
