About the Role: Apparel Clerk Part Time Evening

As an Apparel Clerk, your main focus is ensuring the store shelves and product displays are always well-stocked and visually appealing. You’ll help customers find what they need, respond to their questions with confidence, and contribute to a positive in-store shopping experience. You’ll also support inventory management by identifying stock needs and assisting with ordering when necessary.

Working as part of a store team, you’ll be expected to uphold health and safety standards, set up company-directed promotions, and maintain a clean and organized department. The role requires physical stamina — you’ll be on your feet for the full shift and may need to move items up to 50 lbs.

The hiring range for this position is $17.60 – $18.45 per hour. This is a unionized position, and pay rates are governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Responsibilities

Day to day, the Apparel Clerk keeps the department running smoothly by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment. These responsibilities are the backbone of a positive customer experience and a well-functioning store.

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding promptly to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves in accordance with company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs to assist with the ordering process
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs as directed
• Maintain department cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards throughout every shift
• Engage customers through knowledgeable, friendly conversation about products
